Situated on a steep waterfront lot flanked by a suburban context, the Villa A knits together the client’s affinity for outdoor while maximizing the view and square foot. 

Aim was that the house take full advantage of the location by directing views from all of the main spaces toward the lake from one side and huge existing rock on the other side. The proposed house design seeks to extend the natural context into the interior of the site and into the interiors. The house through its form and scale corresponds to the surrounding rocks in the background.
